Job Role – Growth Manager – HR & Administration
Purpose – Enable growth of personnel and company, managing administrative compliance, regulatory affairs and commercial developments.

Responsibilities
- Enable company growth through people management – empower right roles and responsibilities, performance management, holidays.
- Manage regulatory compliance for the company across internal and external stakeholders, including government / industry associations
- Enlighten stakeholders of new regulatory aspects, opportunities – big / small, country / region wide developments.
- Report proactively on risk mitigation and realise potential business growth.
- Champion agile process and service excellence across all functions.
Experience
- 3+ years of managing personnel matters and regulatory compliance.
- Good understanding of current and evolving regulatory affairs and commercial developments in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrable experience of enabling initiatives, recognizing and rewarding individual and team performance.
