Description
Draft and review a broad range of commercial and corporate contracts, including sales agreements, distribution agreements, vendor contracts, and employment agreements.Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Conduct legal research and provide advice and guidance to the company's management team on legal issues and risks.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company's operations. Manage external counsel and legal vendors as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to provide legal support for various business initiatives.Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
Profile
\[ Juris Doctor or LLM from a US university.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial and corporate contract law, including drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's legal system and laws is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Fluent in both Arabic and English.
