We are looking for a highly motivated individual or technically inclined team member to take the responsibility for technical sales to join our Bahrain team.
Your professionalism, initiative, and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative, and management is always open to new suggestions.
· Preparation of quotations for various partners’ products and services.
· Working on a turnkey lab project with a team.
· Source, select, and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services for all projects assigned.
· Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase orders and documents and maintaining a complete purchasing record.
· Maintain and follow up on submitted quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries and resolve any issues on orders and deliveries with logistic team members.
· Resolving any related issues with the customers with regard to quotations and deliveries.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of any tender or contracts.
· Supporting the sales team on their cases
· Coordination of Training at the Factory and at the customer site
· Vendor registration and update
· Management support in all administrative task
