- Implement HR Government Affairs’ policy and procedure, keeping abreast of all evolving governmental directions that require modification within the labor law and Jawazat framework
- Process and carry out all transactions relating to work permits, profession change, business/employment visas and residency visas/Iqama, including Iqama status, issuance and renewals
- Manage and tackle all government HR related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the ministry of Human Resources
- Provide any needed support in various admin related human resource services. Ensure a high and consistent standard of HR service delivery to KSA employees
- Oversee and process travel-related operations and ensure an on-time delivery of employee’s travel needs including flight reservation, hotel booking, car rental and further travel arrangements required
