- Guarantor of quality products and services to customers and maintains committed delivery dates for all products .
- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in project cost within the budget.
- Interpretation of Codes / Standards / Specifications in order to get the right solution of any arising problem.
- Organize & conduct Project Progress Meeting .
- Coordination with QA/QC for inspection activities.
- Contract review: Technical and regulatory analysis of the project in collaboration with the Production Manager, design and QA/QC department, and procurement to validate the ability to meet customer requirements.
- Performing assessment of project management processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Fully understanding of project execution cycle from contract signature till handover
- Full understanding of Aramco , Sabic ,… projects procedures
Duties and responsibilities:
Ø Preparation and maintain of project schedule .
Ø Communicate with customers and follow up with them on all project related issues
Ø Follow up with customers on collection of due invoices
Ø Negotiate any LDs with customers if any are applicable
Ø Prepare and negotiate variation orders with customers
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Preparing Projects KPIs .
- Monitor project performance and highlight critical issues
- Make sure all projects are delivered on time , within budget and with required quality standards
