Our client:
- A leading FMCG firm in the Kingdom is looking for an Associate Manager- Finance who will work closely with business leaders to drive optimum business results and foster a sustainable talent pipeline.
Your role:
- This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial data, facilitating monthly forecasting, preparing business performance presentations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The associate manager- finance will also contribute to price benchmarking, controlling, and analyzing marketing spends and operating overheads, and supporting management in budgeting and strategic planning.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and compliance, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understand, reflect, and practice the company’s vision and values.
- Prepare timely and accurate data for monthly management information system (MIS) and financial monitoring. Develop and maintain monthly rolling profitability forecasts. Collaborate with management to create business performance presentations.
- Conduct price benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Control and analyze marketing spend and other operating overheads, aligning them with allocated budgets. Assist management in budgeting, annual operating plans, and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and the Delegation of Authority matrix for transactions.
