You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Description
\[ Conduct research on the market within assigned geographies to understand potential opportunities and target partners
\[ Develop Business Development strategy, identifying how to grow and expand Dan Co's franchise reach
\[ Contribute to the development of the value proposition for franchisees
\[ Identify and engage with potential partners to franchise the brands, identifying most suitable node and model for that partner
\[ Communicate franchising terms with potential partners and finalize agreement signing.
\[ Engage Partners enablement with franchisees to support in setting up the franchise.
\[ Manage relationships with franchisees
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
