About the Client:
One of the leading trading companies in the Middle East that deliver fresh fruits & vegetables to both local & international consumers.
Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including planning sourcing strategies, conducting screening and interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding phase.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance to KSA labor laws.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs, as well as performance management systems, while also conducting training, evaluations, and other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Open to Arab nationals
- 45 years old and below
- At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG industry preferabbly in fruits & vegetables sector
- Must have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across Saudi Market including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, and onboarding process
- Must have strong knowledge in KSA labor laws
- Immediate joiners are highly prioritized
