- Visit to customers and explain product line up.
- Provide quotations to prospective customers and work towards closing deals.
- Negotiate terms of payment – Cash or Credit depending on volume of business and discretion of credit committee
- Ensure that parts are supplied based on customer requests & the customers is satisfied to facilitate repeat orders.
- Maintain customer base as per area with complete information to assist is sending SMS, mails for promotions.
- Work with Manager to introduce seasonal offers.
