Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create detailed drawings and schematics of electrical & mechanical systems, specifically explosion-proof enclosures, and related components, using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure that designs meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards for hazardous environments.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineering and other team members.
• Ensure that designs comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations for explosion-proof enclosures in Saudi Arabia.
• Create bills of materials and other technical documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary information and components for designs.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input on design issues and improvements.
• Continuously seek ways to improve designs and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
