We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have a strong and diverse workforce that can drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in using social media and other digital platforms for recruitment
