Key Responsibilities:
SEC PowerPlants Maintenance Projects
Project Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects are executed within the defined timeline and budget constraints. Plan Material request for upcoming tasks.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and checks to uphold the quality of workmanship.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites. Promote a culture of safety consciousness among the workforce.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment to maximize output. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of construction materials.
Communication and Collaboration:
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates. Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
