Job Duties:
1. Perform all tasks related to cost control, planning and reporting, progress measurement, schedule development/control and management of change, project trends, bottle necks, procurement monitoring, wastage control, logs to monitor document/material submission to supervision consultant, presentation to client representatives, developing/modifying Testing & Commissioning and Handing Over Plan, facilitation in hand-over process etc.
2. Prepare & Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports
3. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress update along with weekly & monthly look-ahead schedules
4. Prepare & Monitor procurement log
5. Perform data analysis to identify deviation from baseline schedule & approved cost
6. Perform earned value analysis to find project trends.
7. Monitor Material Wastage
8. Highlight project bottlenecks
9. Able to read & understand drawing
Other Skills:
1. Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
2. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
4. Technical Reporting.
5. Proficiency in Primavera
