Description
The main responsibilities of the Senior Associate - Technology Operations are as follows:
Meeting SLAs across Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management processesEnsure key processes such as Asset and Media Management are thoroughly followedData Center access supervision and supportExecution of infrastructure engineering activities such as design, implementation, monitoring, capacity planningEscalation of issues and identified risksWorking closely with other EMEA offices for troubleshooting and service deliveryMaking recommendations for improvement of Technology OperationsImplementing information back-up and recovery strategies as per global standardsProblem management supportInventory managementEducating stakeholders on self-service toolsAdherence to Technology Policies, Standards and Procedures
Profile
The Senior Associate - Technology Operations will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study4+ years of experience in Technology Operations, ideally within the banking/financial services sectorStrong verbal and written English communication skillsService-oriented; ability to deliver Technology support across all levels of the organisationAbility to multi-task environment, and thrive in a deadline driven environmentAble to work effectively with different nationalities spread across several geographical locationsA problem solver; able to identify problems and propose ways to mitigate the riskA Saudi nationalBased in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
