Job Description:
- Ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Conduct site inspection to check the status of the project before proceeding to the actual drawing documentation
- Develop conceptual/space planning and prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, material and mood boards
- Prepare project submission, architectural plans and MEP works to acquire building permit and approvals on governing authorities
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders like owners, operators, vendors, and consultants as the primary representative of the company
