The Network Analysis Manager will be responsible to analyze slot utilization and related cost/payment between VSA Partners as well as slot vendors, and to provide reports and recommendations for revenue growth and cost reduction from slot partnerships.
Analyze MLO and Feeder operator Network deployment and market available capacity and flag changes to suggest opportunity and synergy for partnerships and enhancement of Network coverage.

Description
Preparation and finalization of Joint Working Procedure, Operating Procedure, Slot sharing agreements and contracts.Ensure contractual documents are archived properly and maintained up to date.Provide input in slot cost calculations.Provide feedback on the day-to-day functioning and KPI of VSA Agreements, which will be taken into account in any review/revision/renegotiation of agreements.Monitor the working of alliance and ensure that contracts and procedure/agreements (for vessel sharing, slot swap etc.) agreed are followed in principle and practice and highlight any issues to managementAssist with the feasibility studies/cost reduction, system cost calculations.Continue analysis the Network Deployment to insure optimum utilization and tonnage fit with the deployment.Use Market analysis and tools, to monitor MLO (Main Line Operator) and other feeder operator deployment and trigger opportunity and synergy.Draw analysis of slot utilization and provide suggestions and recommendations to improve utilizationProvide input on slot costs with current partners.Ensure the changes - addition/reduction - of partner allocations on vessels and partner allocations on partner vessels are properly and timely communicated to all concerned, as per the agreed threshold.Gather information from specific sources to maintain the exchange rate table, etc.Liaise with accounts, Trade, for all slot accounting queries and treatment of cost.Assist with the feasibility studies / cost reduction, system cost calculations.Assist with verifying of the accounting procedures, slot rates, reefer rates, etc. related to any agreement with partners.
Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration from any recognized universityExperience in liner shipping Network designKnowledge on Vessel speed, consumption , Capacity, and Trade.Knowledge of slot sharing/partnership, shipping, vessel operations
