Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, resource plans.
- Monitor and update project plans and suggest recovery procedures.
- Prepare various project documents, including RFIs, IRs, and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with the project superintendents to communicate project plans and objectives.
- Collect daily updates from site on physical work completed, material usage, and productivity.
- Establish effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
- Monitor and approve project expenses.
- Collaborate with procurement to create requisition plans and ensure timely material procurement.
