A leading company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled QA QC Inspection professional to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA QC Inspection, with a maximum of 10 years of experience. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-progress production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Review and analyze inspection and test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare inspection reports and documentation, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA QC Inspection.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and certification is a plus.
