Description
The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Compliance will be responsible for:
Implementing GRC and overall Cybersecurity strategies with regards to Cybersecurity ComplianceLeading the Cybersecurity Compliance programDeveloping policies and procedures for the Compliance functionBuilding and leading the Cybersecurity Compliance teamAlignment with rest of Cybersecurity GRC departmentWorking closely with external regulators (NCA, NDMO, CST, etc.) to ensure regulatory complianceSupporting internal teams such as Internal Audit and Corporate GRC for audit preparednessEnsuring recommendations/requirements from external regulators and Internal Audit are implementedConducting compliance assessmentsReporting and documentation regulatory agencies, auditors and senior managementMaintaining a centralised repository for compliance-related documentation
Profile
The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Compliance will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields of studyProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, etc.8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Compliance/GRC within large, complex organisations with stringent Cybersecurity requirements and standardsStrong knowledge of local and global regulatory requirements and compliance standardsIdeally launched cybersecurity compliance programs from scratchAble to work with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniorityStrong organisational and communication skillsBased in/willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
