Exhibit dedicated commitment to managing a crucial regional and strategic partner, characterized by high revenue, complexity, and a global presence.Apply data analysis expertise to assist in the interpretation and creation of internal metric reports for Senior Leadership.Possess extensive reporting proficiency across various platforms, such as PowerBi and Grafana, which can be leveraged both internally and externally in response to specific partner needs.Provide leadership and guidance to virtual account teams aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.Be ready to step in and cover for Service Management Leadership when necessary.Additionally, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partners to develop a customer experience model.
Profile
Possess over 5 years of professional experience in the Satellite and Telecommunications industry.Proven track record of successfully establishing and cultivating customer relationship experiences and governance frameworks.Extensive background in Satellite Communications and Telecommunications.Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytical tools like PowerBi and Grafana.
