We are currently recruiting for am AR Accountant to be based in our Khobar office as part of the growth of the team!
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily sales transactions with point-of-sale (POS) systems, e-commerce platforms, and other sales channels.
- Reconcile daily sales transactions with Collections.for online and offline sales
- Trade Receivable account reconciliation
- Marketplace Customers accounts reconciliation
- Cash on Delivery reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between actual sales, revenue, and recorded data.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address issues related to missing or incomplete sales data.
- Ensure accurate posting of sales and related transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including revenue reconciliation and reporting.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales reconciliation processes and controls
