The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and procedures within the organization. They will ensure that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting audits and inspections, and providing guidance and support to the QA team. They will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to the QA team
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management
- Train and educate staff on quality assurance processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years' relevant work experience
- Min 5 Years experience in Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas Industry with Aramco Approval.
- Familiar with International Code and Standards
- Certified as Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 Preferably with Welding QC Certificate
- Thorough knowledge in Saudi Aramco Standards and ISO 14001
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in implementing quality control plans and procedures
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Certification in quality management is a plus
