- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Guide the marketing department in developing new techniques and plans for promoting the organization's services and products.
- Supervise the in-house marketing team and enhance the marketing campaigns through proven methods and techniques.
- Assess modern trends and market statistics to plan new promotional activities and marketing programs.
- Managing and developing the marketing in line with company objectives.
- Working closely with Sales team members in Product Development.
- Oversee the management and awareness of brand / product launches on time.
- Analyze consumer behavior to determine brand direction.
- Monitor competition and market analysis to ensure brand retains and grows market share position.
- Develop brand strategies with guidelines for brand presentations, execution for awareness, product sales and social media.
- To be accountable for managing multiple projects within agreed timescales.
- Work with internal teams & external partners to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Works collaboratively with operations/sourcing to identify and develop productivity initiatives
- Monitor brand performance, using sales, financial, market and consumer data.
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on teams' goals and objectives
- Develop and manage the budget for all marketing activities & On-Line campaigns.
- Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost effective manner
- Responsible for Marketing communication & market research activities.
- Responsible for dealing with Advertising, Broadcasting agencies and different exhibition organizers.
