A growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced OD Specialist to join their team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field and a maximum of 5 years' experience. This role requires a strong background in organizational development and a passion for improving employee performance and engagement. The OD Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization's effectiveness and drive positive change. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement organizational development programs and initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement
2. Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for organizational improvement
3. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
4. Facilitate team building activities and workshops to improve team dynamics and collaboration
5. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management and professional development
6. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives through data collection and analysis
7. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with overall organizational goals
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
2. 2-5 years of experience in organizational development or a related role
3. Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
7. Experience with training and development programs
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
