- Identify potential global and local suppliers through offered proposals, communications networks and internet
- Analyze the suppliers' marketplace for risks and opportunities
- Request for Proposal process (RFI & RFQ) per each prospective supplier for soliciting bids.
-Screening and reducing the bids to the valid ones to communicate with the selected suppliers for more details
- Conduct multiple rounds of negotiations to get to a short list with the best matching and the most profitable proposals.
- Notify the successful suppliers and ensure that they are involved in the implementation process
-Creation process completion accompanied by seeding plan submission on the system
-Sharing the standards specifications/SASO notebook with the supplier to guarantee conformity specifications
- Requesting Production samples (Mockups- prototypes) for full product and packaging verification before mass production
-Communicating all comments and required modifications to the supplier till confirming the final approved form
- Signing the sample approval form and send to the supplier to proceed in the mass production
- Identifying the actual time frame for production and shipping to calculate the lead time and actual MFC
- Holistic Plan and Marcom Foundation Follow Up with marketing team
Product Pre-Launch Marketing Activities follow Up with marketing team
- Product Pre-Launch Training Interaction Follow Up with marketing team
- Product Detailed Marketing Plan Revision with marketing team
