Role Summary:

To review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to

control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and ergonomic

factors.

Duties and responsibilities:

 Conduct site inspection, reporting of the unsafe conditions & acts to the concerned

supervisors & top management.

 Reporting Safety Observations through HSE Dashboard (Management System Tool).

 Support Project HSE Manager/Sr. Safety Officer in HSE Compliance, implement HSE

Policy and programs.

 Supervising HSE for Multiple Subcontractors

 Conducting Toolbox talks and Induction Training.

 Daily Workplace and Equipment Inspection.

 Helping safety manager, Sr. Safety Officer to Preparing of JSA & Risk Assessments.

 Regular verification of Work Permits.

 Maintaining of HSE checklists & inspection records.

 Incident reporting, root cause investigation and team communication.

 Implementing project emergency response plan, fire & Safety plan, and rescue plans.

 Assisting HSE Manager in conducting internal audits

 Area inspection before and after the critical activities.

 Maintaining two-way communication with the workers and management.

 Issuing, monitoring of working permits and authorizing project activity.
