As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and statements for the organization.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Accountant or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
