Job Summary

The Construction / Zone Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of directly and indirectly employed labor on this large mixed use project. Reporting to the Project manager, liaising with the technical tam, Consultant and the Client as well as managing any sub-contractors. Safely accomplish project objectives through planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, technical direction, compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities 1

Coordinate and control all project site activities, maximize the utilization of the organization resources while maintaining
high levels of quality, achieving programs target and provides a safe working environment.
Prepare, supervise and approve the development of PEP from a construction point of view and its implementation and
ensures Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out.
Collect, analyze, summarize and evaluate various alternative courses of action to advise the management on the
most appropriate course of action based on the cost efficiency and capability.
Acquire goods or services to accomplish the goals of the Company to maintain the quality and value of the Company's
products, minimize cash tied- up in inventory, maintain the flow of outputs.
Deal with allocation of assets and liabilities over time under conditions of certainty and uncertainty.
Identification, analysis, assessment, control and avoidance, minimization, or elimination of unacceptable risks.

Job Responsibilities 2

Via the cost loaded schedule ensure to establish the volume of work required to be billed each period and ensure the

target is met.

Ensure work in place meets or exceeds the minimum value for the planned effort.

Receive all supplier invoices, reconcile them with SRV and cause to have finalized in the ERP system.

Established and maintain a comprehensive Timekeeping strategy.

Identification, analysis, assessment, control and avoidance, minimization, or elimination of unacceptable risks.

Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

Via participation in the tendering process ensure to identify all potential discrepancies and report to the project manager.

Ensure all insurances are in place and utilize at every qualifying event for repayment and cost offset.

Prepare plans for any potential municipality changes or disruption
