ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Re-measure of Engineering Issue for Construction drawings for CMEI as per Method of Measurements & update Bill of Quantities.
- PMS verification of SUB-CONTRACTORS progress and update with revised quantities.
- Record actual Quantities at Site & issue weekly report for Critical Quantities. Example. QS weekly report for Concrete Qty.
- Support SUB-CONTRACTORS Applications for Payment & validate progress payment as per actual progress on site.
- Identify and Raise Site Back Charges.
- Support SUB-CONTRACTORS Variations with Cost and Quantity Validations.
- Cost Estimates for Site Instructions & provide recommendation of suitable Contractor based on Quotations submitted and benchmarking rates available from Bids.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes to AP subcontracting team.
- Work closely with AP Subcontracting Team for Claim management.
