Overall quality control on production lines
• Monitor daily general hygiene in the production hall and all sections of the factory and warehouse
• Monitoring temperatures in the factory, all departments, and the warehouse
• Analyze samples chemically and submit the report to the direct manager for conformity approval
• Calibrate devices on a monthly basis
• Calibrate the scales at the specified times
• Daily inspection of factory water
• Work on internal control procedures in coordination with his direct manager
• Work on the PMR procedures for each product and submit them immediately upon completion of the product as a final product to his direct manager
• Work on and supervise the sample room plan
• Work on pesticide spraying reports and follow up on them with the production hall supervisor
• Work on daily bulb cutting reports
• Working on quality procedures within the factory in coordination with the manager
