- Analyse feedback and outcomes from submitted tenders for continuous improvement, creating and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Identify new market opportunities and assess competitor performance, analyzing sales data to forecast future sales trends and set targets.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance performance, preparing regular reports on sales performance to provide insights to senior management.
- Supervise and lead the client service team to ensure high-quality service delivery, measuring and analyzing client satisfaction levels and feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement changes while addressing escalated client complaints to ensure resolution promptly.
- Train staff on outbound and inbound best practices and product knowledge, establishing and enforcing client service policies and standards.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client service to continuously enhance the overall customer experience.
