Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive the company’s long-term success and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence across all business units.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.
- Lead the group through its next growth phase, potentially involving Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the board and senior leadership to enhance brand reputation and grow market share.
- Ensure strong corporate governance, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and effective risk management strategies.
- Oversee financial reporting for the group, particularly with a focus on publicly listed companies and investor relations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local and international stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and business partners.
Key Requirements:
- Saudi National with extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably with experience leading a publicly listed company or involvement in an IPO process.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, and investor relations.
- Knowledge and experience of compliance and corporate governance frameworks in Saudi Arabia and the global market.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving high performance and growth.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
