Summary


Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver high-quality projects within specified time and cost constraints to reach a goal. Must have experience of managing multi million dollar high quality fit out projects.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage all the phases of project from start to handing over which including planning, budgeting, executing according to the scope of the project and client requirements.
  • Prepare pre contract and post contract plans and as well logistics plans.
  • Identify all stakeholders and communicate project plans and execution strategies, identify and manage risk involved in the project execution, assist in procurement and liaise with supply chain partners for material deliveries to be in line with project schedule
  • Monitors project budgets and staffing requirements.
  • Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC team and make plans to meet quality requirements.
  • Attend meeting with key stakeholders for matters related to project execution and make strategic decision.
  • Provide leadership in effectively applying Project Management and best practices
  • Identifying and hiring qualified candidates in collaboration with HR
  • Coordinate with project team for proper record keeping of project activities
  • Drive innovation and efficiency across the project management team
  • Manage any other issue related to the project assigned
