Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee our Qassim office in the HoReCa food distribution sector. This role involves managing a team of salesmen, actively visiting the market to secure new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, understand Arabic, and have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HoReCa sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of salesmen to achieve sales targets.
Actively engage in sales activities, visiting the market to acquire new clients and maintain existing ones.
Manage daily office operations and ensure alignment with company policies.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and sales tracking.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in HoReCa food distribution. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English with an understanding of Arabic (speaking Arabic is an advantage).
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and a results-driven attitude.
