Job Requirements
Moving Vehicles as needed to different locations on the auto dealership lot.

\[ Organizing parking lots to maximize available parking spaces and ensure accessibility of vehicles
\[ Tracks and monitors customerandrsquo;s arrival.
\[ Welcomes customer and take care and check customer vehicle damages, scratches .
\[ Guides customer to the Service Customer or to Host when SC is not available.
\[ Ensures that vehicles to be worked on are accessible for internal services service Consultant, Technicians, PDI
\[ Provides customer vehicle for pick up in front of the Porsche Center at the end of the service process.
Objective: Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
\[ Maintain presence at reception desk, ensuring that all customers queries, whether in person or on the telephone, are answered and dealt with immediately.
\[ Page members of staff as needed, monitoring where and to whom customers are referred.
\[ Establish message and sign in and out systems to monitor whereabouts of key personnel at all times.

Job Summary
The Vehicle Porter/ Driver contributes to the Operational efficiency of the assigned department with positive result ensuring proper vehicle traffic flow on the Porsche Centre premises and a smooth service reception. Prepare and guarantees customer expectations. The Vehicle Porter service is designed to show special appreciation to customer and guests.
