About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Compound Operations Foreman to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure smooth functioning of our residential compound. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and service providers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a technical team responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency interventions.
- Oversee rental operations, including unit readiness, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Communicate with tenants to address maintenance concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and operational performance.
Preferred
- Prior experience in compound, residential, or facilities management.
