Position Title: Demand Analyst
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Position Mission:
The Demand Analysis Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and modeling passenger demand data to support planning, forecasting, and pricing strategies. This role provides key insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate queries and data analysis processes using SQL and other data tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings, demand trends, and passenger profiles.
- Analyze passenger behavior using Google Analytics, including website visits, journey mapping, and conversions.
- Manage and analyze relational databases to understand passenger demand patterns.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing campaigns and special offers.
- Create dashboards and reports that highlight travel behavior and demand trends.
- Collaborate with various departments to support commercial and operational strategies based on data-driven insights.
