We are seeking a Solution Architect / Technical Lead to serve as the single point of accountability for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all Maplewave components within the Client NSP Program. This role is funded by our client and is critical to ensuring the alignment of multiple delivery streams—including Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions, Inventory Management, and Business As Usual (BAU) change requests—with the overall program timeline and governance structure. This role will sit in the Managed Services team but align across all teams and ensure consistent and quality delivery of both production fixes, support, and new features.
Delivery Management Oversight:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the implementation delivery plan for Maplewave solutions (POS, Inventory, Paperless, Insights, Engage), ensuring alignment with the overall client program timeline.
- Manage and coordinate all Maplewave resources and activities required for the delivery of POS solutions, including dedicated BAU teams.
- Track progress against the implementation plan and provide timely, written weekly status reports to the PARTNER governance team.
- Proactively identify, raise, and agree upon mitigation actions for risks and issues.
- Ensure all Maplewave deliverables are produced and support the approval processes with PARTNER and Client.
- Ensure up time of the Maplewave solution and plan for preventative maintenance.
Stakeholder and Governance Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery matters, coordinating with the Client’s PMO office and PARTNER’s Project Manager.
- Actively participate in program management team meetings and governance forums.
- Identify and communicate all dependencies Maplewave has on PARTNER or Client activities.
- Participate in program change management processes and conduct impact assessments for change requests (CRs).
- Ensure effective client and third-party engagement, particularly regarding requirements gathering and delivery timelines.
Technical and Implementation Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation of POS solutions in non-production and production environments.
- Oversee Maplewave's testing activities (unit testing, system testing) and coordinate resources to support SIT and UAT.
- Define required business configuration data and oversee its implementation.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to Client staff for system takeover upon project completion.
- Support production incident management and assist the team in timely resolution of issues.
