Responsibilities:
- Supervise the erection of precast concrete elements (columns, beams, slabs, walls, etc.).
- Review shop drawings and ensure their alignment with on-site erection works.
- Coordinate with lifting teams (cranes & rigging) to ensure safe and proper lifting and installation operations.
- Ensure proper alignment, levels, and positioning of structural elements before and during erection.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of precast elements.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including any technical observations.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures on site.
- Resolve technical issues arising during erection in coordination with the engineering team.
- Participate in planning erection activities and developing schedules in coordination with project management.
- Ability to work and relocate to projects across various regions.
