Job description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for an AI Research and Process Improvement Officer. The individual will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions driven by AI and advanced methodologies. Responsibilities will include conducting process evaluations, optimizing workflows, communicating findings with stakeholders, and contributing to financial process enhancements aligned with organizational goals. Purpose To identify, test, implement, and monitor AI applications that improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of FCG's tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch Study AI tools relevant to tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services. Monitor developments in AI applications for professional services. Evaluate new software and prepare management recommendations. Process Improvement Map current FCG workflows. Identify repetitive tasks suitable for AI automation. Develop standard AI prompts and procedures. Measure time savings and efficiency gains. Knowledge Management Build and maintain the FCG AI Knowledge Base. Organize legislation, regulations, templates, and technical guidance. Create searchable repositories for staff. Tax Applications Develop AI-assisted tax research procedures. Test AI-generated tax memorandums and opinions. Maintain tax prompt libraries. Audit Applications Develop AI-assisted audit programs. Create AI-supported risk assessment tools. Assist with analytical review procedures. Bookkeeping Applications Evaluate AI bookkeeping solutions. Improve reporting automation. Develop management reporting templates. Training Train staff on approved AI tools. Prepare monthly internal workshops. Create usage guidelines and quality standards. Governance Establish AI usage policies.
