🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with radiation safety regulations, licensing, and permits
- Conduct radiation monitoring, exposure assessments, and risk evaluations
- Develop and deliver radiation safety training and awareness programs
- Lead emergency preparedness planning and conduct radiation incident drills
- Manage radioactive waste handling, storage, and disposal in line with standards
- Collaborate with EHSS teams to align radiation safety with overall safety strategy
- Ensure effective implementation of shielding, interlocks, and monitoring systems
- Maintain accurate exposure records, incident reports, and audit documentation
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in: Health Physics, Radiation Protection, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certified Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) (mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in radiation safety within:
- Industrial / Energy / Power sectors
- Strong knowledge of:
- IAEA, OSHA, NRC or local regulatory frameworks
- Radiation monitoring equipment and risk assessment
- Emergency response planning

- Experience in EHSS environments
- HAZMAT or Industrial Safety training certification
