What you will be doing
\[ Actively highlight any potential delays.
\[ Analyze and approve extension of time and claims.
\[ Communicate with all trades and provide efficient feedback.
\[ Develop presentations and reports.
\[ Ensure that long lead materials are submitted, procured and delivered on time.
\[ Examine the recovery plans.
\[ Initiate and reply to formal letters.
\[ Monitor the site and engineering activities based on the approved construction schedule.
\[ Review and action the construction schedules and recommend areas for improvements.
Required Experience
\[ Minimum of 18 years overall experience in development or construction projects including multi-storey residential buildings having worked with engineering consultancy or construction industry in the Middle East and other locations.
Education
\[ Minimum qualification of degree in an Engineering related field. A postgraduate degree of the same and/or registration as member from recognized professional body is an advantage.
Certifications & Memberships
\[ Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local engineer's society membership, i.e. CRPEP (for Bahrain).
\[ Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Cost Control (e.g., CCP) is highly desirable.
Essential Skills
\[ Software skills with microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc), Primavera and Microsoft Projects.
\[ Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
\[ Compilation of various project reports as directed by management from time to time.
\[ Client focussed, providing advice and services.
\[ Works well in a team with a collaborative approach.
\[ Detail minded, thorough and systematic in their approach to work.
