Position Overview
We are looking for two highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executives to join our Riyadh office. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in generating qualified business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and supporting the business development team in expanding Flint International's presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, understand enterprise technology and digital transformation services, and be passionate about engaging with senior business and technology decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and map target enterprise accounts across assigned industry verticals.
• Develop comprehensive account intelligence, including key stakeholders, decision-makers, business priorities, and technology landscape.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect database to support targeted outbound campaigns and drip marketing initiatives.
• Execute email, LinkedIn, telephone, and other outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule high-quality meetings and business discussions for Business Development Managers and Practice Heads.
• Qualify opportunities using defined sales qualification methodologies.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to execute account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns.
• Attend local technology conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective customers.
• Represent Flint International professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Track sales activities, meeting outcomes, and pipeline metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, digital transformation trends, cloud platforms, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Technology Sales is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Digital Transformation services and enterprise technology solutions, including:
• Cloud Computing
• Cybersecurity
• Artificial Intelligence
• Data Analytics
• Enterprise Applications
• Managed Services
• IT Infrastructure
• Strong account mapping and prospecting capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
