- التنسيق مع الموردين والموزعين للحصول على التصاميم الفنية وعروض الأسعار ووثائق الامتثال.
- حلول تصميم تغطي الشبكات، ومراكز البيانات، والمحاكاة الافتراضية، والحوسبة السحابية، وإدارة عناوين IP، والأمن السيبراني.
- تأكد من أن الحلول المقترحة تلبي متطلبات العملاء وأنها دقيقة من الناحية الفنية.
- ادعم فريق المبيعات طوال دورة حياة الفرصة.
- الاحتفاظ بوثائق المقترحات والتأكد من إتمام عمليات التقديم في الوقت المحدد.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and Etimad tenders.
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, BoQs, solution designs, and statements of work.
- Support customer meetings, technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors to obtain technical designs, quotations, and compliance documents.
- Design solutions covering networking, data center, virtualization, cloud, IPAM, and cybersecurity.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and are technically accurate.
- Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Maintain proposal documentation and ensure submissions are completed on time.
