About the Role We need a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead growth marketing for our two HR-tech SaaS brands, Talentera and Evalufy across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and larger MENA. This is not a manage-from-above role. You will run a lean team and work alongside them, writing copy, reviewing creatives,and jumping into campaigns yourself. We want someone who thinks like a founder and an early startup marketing hire: resourceful, ROI-focused, and comfortable using AI to multiply output instead of growing headcount. Your top metric is MQLs at an efficient cost per lead.
