• Manage ZAR’s Brands in a way that supports the brands’ promise, vision and positioning and achieves the overall business goals of the brands and builds the brands’ equity in the market.
• Develop the brand guidelines and identity in coordination with concerned stakeholders, including defining the brand strategy and target customer segments.
• Engage all concerned stakeholders in ZAR around the brand vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise, including but not limited to Business Units, Category Management and NPD.
• Ensure that all marketing, sales and promotion activities are aligned with the brand guidelines and identity.
• Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help in recommending base and stretch revenue goals for upcoming year.
