Description
The Commercial Manager / Project Manager / EPC Contractor is responsible for all the activities from design, procurement & construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User. Supported by a Project Accountant and a Project Controller, the Commercial Manager will run the EPC project, manage all Commercial and Contractual matters, be responsible from the proposal stage throughout project execution, ensure the maintenance of the commercial strategy, continually evaluate costs, ensure compliance and delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, be the focal point for interfaces with other disciplines such as Operations, Project Controls and Finance, coordinating and establishing sustainable, reliable and consistent working, controls and reporting to ensure necessary actions are taken to achieve performance targets and optimize delivery.
Profile
Must have run a large EPC Construction project in Saudi Arabia
This is a senior role, but the individual needs to be hands on as well as strategic, on site as well as in the office, technically strong, able to challenge as the work progresses, and work with Chinese contractors.
