JOB PURPOSE:
This role holder is responsible for verifying, matching, and booking the accounts receivable transaction between IMS and SAP system. In addition, this role is responsible for preparing, Customers Statement of Accounts, Accounts Receivables Reports and analyses in order to facilitate Senior Management decision making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Register payments due from all customers in coordination with Sales and Operations to ensure timely collection of receivables.

Report any delay in accounts receivables to Financial Controller for taking relevant action to coordinate with the Sales/Operations for necessary follow to get the receivables outstanding balances settled.

Maintain accounts receivable customer files and investigates and resolve any customer queries pertaining to the same.
*
Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
*
Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
*
Verify Settlement of Claim/Reinsurance/Brokers before paying dues
*
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger between MIS and SAP to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
*
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues.
*
Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organisation by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
*
Generate Management Accounts Receivables reports detailing accounts receivable status.
*
Generate MIS reports to provide accurate financial information to Senior Management, Sales and operations and other key stakeholders for financial reporting.

Prepare all requisite financial management reports, Customers Statement of accounts. And aging reports, etc.
