Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree in Mechanical, should have 5 years experience in Steel Fabrication and PEB.
Preparing daily production reports, and ensures the achievement of the production plans.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the execution of production plans and ensuring the commitment to the set production plans in order to fulfill the sales needs.
• Ensuring the optimum and effective utilization of the overall resources and machines.
• Supervising daily production activities to meet the delivery dates and accomplishes the set plans.
• Handling production issues or problems regarding machinery, equipment or staff and referring back to Plant Section Head when the need is raised.
• Preparing daily production reports.
• Preparing the standard operation procedures and working practices to ensure the compliance with the standards.
• Reporting the performance results of various resources activities.
• Supporting the maintenance team in the activities related to maintaining production lines and machines.
• Applying the safety and environment policies and procedures and enforce the Production Staff to implement them.
• Supporting the Quality Control staff to assure receiving and producing the required level quality of products.
