We are searching for a fresh graduate with a degree in IT and or IT management with at least two to three years’ experience and talented sales professional to join us at Excellence Solution’s HQ in Dubai or in Riyadh KSA.
As a member of our leadership team, this Business development and Sales Manager will manages the full business cycle with full support and knowledge transfer from the management. His job is to ensure consistent, profitable growth to secure target sales with professional strategies for the company,
To secure improving and acquiring new technologies and products for this Proximity and digital marketing that will secure and boost sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of the company different personnel.
He need to Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Assist in selecting and closing deals for the company for the best and latest state of the art available products in the markets for presenting the best tech marketing solutions and services to our clients.
General Details:
- Generate new leads by discovering and exploring opportunities with the aim of creating more sales.
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client and build relationships with them.
- Play a key role in reaching out and educating new and existing clients about our suite of products and services.
- Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
- Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentations to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Assist the company to gain a better market share by recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing techniques and methods.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by Identifying new trends, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Identify revenue projections and sales strategy including pricing, service and relationship, to produce accurate and detailed sales forecasts and business account plans to ensure revenue growth.
- Establish and assign sales monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and budgets aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to achieve target results.
- Have the ability to prepare and present presentations and ensure to do what it takes to close deals in the best quickest and legal manners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT Business, It Strategic Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional sales experience in Digital Marketing and social Media Marketing preferably with good knowledge of location-based advertising solutions and/or digital marketing services. 2+ years’ experience in sales management is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting formal presentations, sales performance reviews and creating development marketing and sales strategies.
- A high level of personal and professional integrity with strong dedication to go above and beyond in order to create solutions that fit clients' true needs.
- Good knowledge of the Internet & mobile marketing industry.( General IT experience is important).
- A valid driver’s license and passport
